Tagatisraha on tagatiseks olev rahasumma.
Tagatisraha tuleb tasuda enne lepingu sõlmimist.
Kui olete pakkumise aktsepteerinud, saadetakse Teile tagatisraha arve. Tasuge arve kasutades kindlasti arvel märgitud viitenumbrit.
1 koha tagatisraha on renoveeritud toas 150 eurot ning renoveerimata toas 100 eurot. Terve 2-kohalise toa üürimisel tuleb maksta tagatisraha mõlema koha eest.
Tagatisraha jääb lepingule kuni lepingu lõpuni.
Tagatisraha tagastatakse üürnikule hiljemalt kahekümne (20) tööpäeva jooksul pärast lepingu lõppemist. Tagatisrahast arvestatakse maha viivised, tasumata üür ja kõrvalkulud, rikutud või kadunud mööbliesemete või muu vara väärtus ning vajadusel koristuskulud.

Deposit money will stay onto the residential agreement until it is terminated.
The deposit will be transferred to the tenant’s bank account during twenty (20) business days after the end date of the residential agreement. The Student Village has the right to deduct default interest, rent and ancillary costs, the value of damaged or lost furniture or other property and, where appropriate, cleaning costs.
After you accept the offer, you will recieve deposit invoice. When paying deposit invoice, use reference number, that is marked on the invoice.
