Kolimine:

1. Esitada Kui tekib soov kolida teise tuppa või elamusse, tuleb esitada E-kylas uus kohataotlus ning jääda ootama kohapakkumist.

2. Sobiva pakkumise saamisel pakkumine aktsepteerida ning samas algatada kehtiva üürilepingu lõpetamine E-kylas. Kehtiv üürileping saab lõppeda kõige varem 30 päeva pärast.

3. Hiljemalt 4 tööpäeva enne kehtiva üürilepingu lõpukuupäeva tasuda vajadusel lisa tagatisraha.

4. Peale tagatisraha laekumist saadetakse E-kylla allkirjastamiseks uus digileping (teavitus e-mailile), mis peab olema allkirjastatud hiljemalt uue lepingu alguskuupäevale eelnevaks päevaks.

5. Uue allkirjastatud üürilepingu alusel saab klienditeeninduse keskusest Kohataotlus kehtib 30 päeva ning seda tuleb selle aja jooksul kuni uue lepingu sõlmimiseni pikendada.

KEHTIVA ÜÜRILEPINGU LÕPETAMINE

Pärast kohapakkumise saamist tuleb see E-kyla süsteemis aktsepteerida. Kehtiva üürilepingu lõpetamise algatab üliõpilasküla kliendihaldur eelnevalt kokku lepitud kuupäevaga.

UUS ÜÜRILEPING

Uus üürileping saadetakse Teie e-mailile digitaalseks allkirjastamiseks umbes 1 nädal enne lepingu jõustumise kuupäeva. Uus üürileping algab kehtiva lepingu lõppemisele järgneval päeval.
Vajadusel tuleb enne üürilepingu allkirjastamist tasuda juurde tagatisraha vastavalt e-mailile saadetud tagatisraha arvele.

KOLIMINE

Uue üürilepingu alusel saab klienditeenindusest (Raatuse 22) uue üüripinna võtmed ja läbipääsukaardi (läbipääsuvahendid) uue üürilepingu alguskuupäevale eelneval päeval.

6. Eelmise üüripinna läbipääsuvahendid tagastada klienditeeninduse keskusesse (Raatuse 22) hiljemalt uue üürilepingu alguskuupäeva õhtul.

7.
Uue üüripinna võtmed saab välja võtta eelmise lepingu lõppemise päeval.

EELMISE ÜÜRIPINNA ÜLEANDMINE

Hiljemalt järgmisel päeval lepingu lõpetamisele (uue lepingu jõustumise päeval) tuleb tagastada eelmise üüripinna läbipääsuvahendid. Üüripinna korrasolekut kontrollitakse Üliõpilasküla üliõpilasküla esindaja poolt pärast üürniku väljakolimist välja kolimist ja läbipääsuvahendite tagastamist.

Ending the current housing contract

After receiving the accommodation offer you should accept the offer from E-kyla system. The

valid residential agreement can be terminated after 30 days at the earliest.

  • If additional deposit money is required, then it should be transferred at least 4 days before the valid residential agreement expires.

  • After receiving the additional deposit money we will prepare the new residential agreement and you need to come to the Student Village office to sign it on the day your current residential agreement expires.

  • After signing the new residential agreement you can get the keys for your new room from the reception at Raatuse 22.

  • The keys to your old room must be returned to the reception at Raatuse 22 by the evening of the date your new residential agreement commenced.

    • The hall manager will check your old room

    client manager will then initiate the termination of your current housing contract on a prior agreement about the terimation date.

    New housing contract

    The new contract must be signed in the Student Village office at the latest on the date of the termination of the current housing contract.

    If necessary, the additional deposit must be paid approximately 1 week before concluding a new contract by bank transfer according to the issued invoice.

    Moving

    After signing the new housing contract, you will get your new keys and proximity card from the Raatuse 22 client service center.

    The keys to the new rental space will be issued at the earliest on the date of termination of the previous agreement.

    Handing over your former room

    The keys and proximity card of your former room must be returned the day after you move. The hall manager will check the cleaned room and communal areas after you have moved out and returned
