Üüriarve maksmise tähtaeg on iga kuu 24. kuupäev. Hilisemal hilisemal tasumisel lisandub viivis 0,02% päevas.
Arvete haldamise lehel on arvete staatus kuni maksetähtajani “tasuda”. Maksetähtaja möödudes on tasumata või osaliselt tasumata arve staatus “maksmata” (seda ka siis, kui tasuda jäi vaid 0,01 EUR) ja võlaveerus on punasega märgitud tasumata jäänud summa.
Kui võlgnetava üüri või muude maksete summa ületab 2 kuu eest maksmisele kuuluva üüri või muude maksete summa on Üliõpilaskülal õigus üürileping erakorraliselt ülesütlemistähtaegu järgimata lõpetada.
