Kui olete Tartu Ülikooli üliõpilane ning soovite kohta õppeaasta jooksul ükskõik millises elamus, on suur tõenäosus, et Teile tehakse pakkumine suhteliselt kiiresti (v.a juuni- september).
Teiste kõrgkoolide üliõpilastele saame kohti pakkuda õppeaasta jooksul vabade kohtade olemasolul.
NB! Teiste kõrgkoolide üliõpilaste üürilepingud lõppevad jooksva õppeaasta lõpuga ning neid lepinguid järgnevaks õppeaastaks ei pikendata.
Kui on soov elama asuda õppeaasta alguses, siis peaks Tartu Ülikoolis õppiv vanema kursuse üliõpilane esitama kohataotluse hiljemalt maikuus ning lepingu alguse kuupäevaks määratakse kõige hilisemalt 1. juuni. See tähendab, et kui on soov garanteerida endale üliõpilaselamu koht sügiseks, siis tuleb maksta üliõpilaselamu koha eest terve suve vältel.
Kui Teil on kehtiv üürileping, siis soovitame lepingut suveks mitte lõpetada, kui on soov garanteerida endale elukoht sügiseks.
Kui olete vanema kursuse üliõpilane ja esitate kohataotluse ning märgite elama asumise kuupäevaks näiteks augusti lõpp/september, siis nimetatud perioodil vabu kohti ilmselt pakkuda ei ole.
If you are a student at the University of Tartu and want a place in any residence hall during the school year, there is a good chance that you will get an offer relatively quickly (except June-September).
We can offer places for students from other universities during the academic year if there are vacancies. NB! Residential agreements for students from other universities will expire at the end of the ongoing academic year and will not be renewed for the following academic year.
If you want to move in at the beginning of the academic year, then as a student already studying at the University of Tartu, you should apply for a place in May at the latest and the residential agreement will start on June 1st at the latest. This means that if you want to guarantee a place in a residence hall by autumn, you will have to pay for the place in the residence hall throughout the summer.
If you have a valid residential agreement, we recommend that you do not terminate the agreement for the summer months if you wish to guarantee your place for the new academic year.
If you are not a first year student and apply for a place and mark the moving in date as, for example, the end of August / September, then there are probably no vacancies during this period.
