Arvete haldamine toimub süsteemis E-kyla. Üüriarved jõuavad E-kyla süsteemi ja e-posti aadressile iga kuu 14. kuupäevaks või puhkepäevale eelnevaks tööpäevaks.
Kui üürileping sõlmitakse peale 14. kuupäeva, koostatakse üüriarve nelja tööpäeva jooksul.
Üür jagatakse toa kehtivate üürilepingute vahel.
Üür sisaldab kõiki kommunaalmakseid (tarbitud soojusenergia, vesi ja kanalisatsioon, elektrienergia) ja selvepesula kasutamist.

Invoices are managed in the E-kyla system. Invoices arrive into the E-kyla system and onto the e-mail address by the 14th of each month or the business day before the holiday.
If the residential agreement is signed after the 14th, the invoice will be compiled within four working days.
The rent will be divided between the effective residential agreements of the room.
The rent includes all utility costs (heating, water and sewerage, electricity) and the use of the laundromat.
