Kuidas kohta taotleda?

Üliõpilaselamusse koha saamiseks peab täitma kohataotluse Tartu Üliõpilasküla kodulehel.

  • Täites kohataotluse luuakse Teile E-kyla kasutajakonto, mille andmed saadetakse sisestatud e-posti aadressile. E-kyla kaudu on võimalik igal ajal hallata kõike kohataotluse ja üürilepinguga seonduvat.

Kui Te olete juba korra kodulehel avalduse täitnud, on Teie isiklik konto E-kylas loodud ning seejärel saate uusi taotlusi lisada vaid E-kylas.

  • Korraga saab järjekorras olla vaid üks kohataotlus. Kohataotlusel saab märkida kõik sobivad elamud, kuid vaid ühe toatüübi ehk kohamäära. Elamute, toatüüpide ja hindadega saab tutvuda üliõpilasküla kodulehel.

  • Taotlusel saab märkida üliõpilaselamute eelistusjärjekorra. Kui esimesena eelistatud majas enam kohti ei ole, pakume võimalusel kohta üliõpilaselamusse, mis on kirjas järgmise eelistusena.

  • Kommentaaride lahtrisse on võimalik märkida erinevad soovid või täpsustused (nt. soovitava toanaabri nimi).

  • Ühele kohataotlusele tehakse maksimaalselt kolm pakkumist. Kolmas vastuvõtmata pakkumine tühistab taotluse.

How to apply?

To get a place in a residence hall you need to fill in an application on our homepage.

  • By submitting an application an account in E-kyla will be created for you and the log in information will be sent to you after you have signed your residential agreement. The E-kyla system is meant for managing your residential agreement and following your invoices.

If you have already filled in the application once on our home page then you already have an E-kyla account and you can fill out new applications through the E-kyla system.

  • There can only be one application in line at a time. All suitable residential halls can be marked on the application, but only one room type, ie the place rate. Residential hall information, room types and prices are available on the Student Village website.

  • The order of preference of the residence halls can be marked on the application. If there are no more places in the first preferred residence hall, we offer a place in the second preferred residence hall.

  • Different wishes or details can be entered into the ‘other comments’ section (eg name of the desired roommate).

  • One application can receive a maximum of three offers. If none of them are accepted the application is cancelled.
