Terve toa üürimise soov peale toanaabri lepingu lõppu / Renting the entire room after roommate leaves

Üürides 2-kohalises toas 1-kohta, on üürnikul eelisõigus üürida terve tuba toanaabri lepingu lõppemisel.

Hetkel kui toanaaber algatab oma lepingu lõpetamise, saab tuppa jääv üürnik vastavasisulise teate, kus palutakse võtta ühendust Üliõpilasküla kliendihaldusega (info@campus.ee) 3 päeva jooksul teate saamisest, kui on soov üürida terve tuba.

Terve toa üürimise sooviavalduse järel lepitakse kokku edasine tegevuskava.

When renting 1 place in a twin room, the tenant has the possibility to rent the entire room after the end of the roommate's residential agreement.

As soon as the roommate initiates the termination of their residential agreement, the tenant left in the room will receive a notice requesting to contact the Student Village client manager (info@campus.ee) within 3 days of being notified if they wish to rent the entire room.

Further instructions will be given following the request to rent the entire room.
