Kohapakkumise aktsepteerimist ja lepingu allkirjastamist võetakse nõusolekuna Tartu Üliõpilasküla reeglite ja eeskirjade järgimiseks.

Reeglite KKK

Üürnikul on õigus külalisi vastu võtta kell 7.00-23.00, kui see ei häiri teisi üürnikke. Üürnik vastutab oma külaliste tegevuse eest Üliõpilasküla territooriumil ja üliõpilaselamutes.
Kell 23.00 – 7.00 kehtib üliõpilaselamus öörahu. Öörahu ajal on üliõpilaselamus ja selle ümbruses keelatud tegevus, mis võib häirida üliõpilaselamu elaniku öörahu.
Suitsetamine (sh vesipiip ja e-sigaret) on keelatud üliõpilaselamu toas, koridorides, trepikojas ja fuajees!
Narkootiliste ja toksiliste ainete pruukimine ning narkootiliste või toksiliste ainete mõju all ringiliikumine on keelatud!
Üliõpilasküla territooriumil ja üliõpilaselamute üldkasutatavates ruumides alkoholi tarbimine ja alkoholijoobes ringiliikumine on keelatud!
Üliõpilaselamus loomade pidamine on keelatud!

Rules FAQ

The tenant has the right to receive guests between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. provided that this does not disturb fellow tenants. The tenant is liable for the actions of their visitors in the territory and residence halls of the Student Village.
The quiet hours in the residence halls last from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During the quiet hours it is prohibited to do anything that may disturb the quiet hours of residents of the residence hall.
Smoking (incl. hookahs and e-cigarettes) in the residential room, hallways, stairwells and lounge of the residence hall is forbidden!
Consuming narcotic or toxic substances and moving about while under the influence of narcotic or toxic substances is forbidden!
Consuming alcohol on the territory of the Student Village and common rooms of the residence halls and moving about under the influence of alcohol is forbidden!
Keeping animals in the residential halls is forbidden!
