Kõik üürilepingud sõlmitakse tähtajalised käesoleva õppeaasta lõpukuupäevani.

Soovi korral on võimalik sõlmida uus üürileping järgmise majutusperioodi lõpuni, kui üürnik jätkab õpinguid Tartu Ülikoolis.

All residential agreements are signed until the end of the ongoing academic year.

A new residential agreement can be signed until the end of the next academic year if the tenant continues to study in the University of Tartu.
