Maintenance problems must be reported to us through our ServiceDesk system. You can either use the red exclamation mark on the upper right corner on our homeage campus.ee or through the E-kyla system by selecting “Probleemidest teavitamine” on the menu.
Please enter your name, residence hall address, room number and then describe the problem.
Once you have reported your problem there, our maintenance workers will be notified. They will reply to your notification after they’ve worked on your problem and then you can give feedback about the solution.
If the problem requires the repairmen to come over to your room/flat, please make sure they have easy and clean access to the problematic area (e.g. in case of a clogged sink, remove all dishes from the sink and clean it up). If the repairmen cannot access the area, they will not proceed with the repairs.
Make sure to inform your flatmates about reporting the problem as well. Maintenance workers are available on business days from 8am to 5pm.
After working hours and on weekends, call 742 4400 for urgent issues (emergency).
