Arvete haldamine toimub süsteemis E-kyla. Üüriarved jõuavad E-kyla süsteemi ja e-posti aadressile iga kuu 14. kuupäevaks või puhkepäevale eelnevaks tööpäevaks.
Kui üürileping sõlmitakse peale 14. kuupäeva, koostatakse üüriarve nelja tööpäeva jooksul.
Üüriarve koosneb üürilepingus fikseeritud üürisummast ja eelneval kuul osutatud kommunaalteenustest. Kommunaalteenuste kulu jagatakse järgnevalt:
vee- ja kanalisatsiooniteenuse eest lähtudes elanike arvust üliõpilaselamus;
elektri, soojusenergia (küte ja soe vesi) eest lähtudes üüritud pinna suurusest (m2).
Kommunaalteenuste summa on igakuiselt erinev vastavalt teenuse kasutamisele elamus. Toa kommunaalteenuste kulu Üür jagatakse toa kehtivate üürilepingute vahel. Kui toas on kehtivaid üürilepinguid vaid üks, tasub seal elav üürnik kogu toa kommunaalkulud
Üür sisaldab kõiki kommunaalmakseid (tarbitud soojusenergia, vesi ja kanalisatsioon, elektrienergia) ja selvepesula kasutamist.

Invoices are managed in the E-kyla system. Invoices arrive into the E-kyla system and onto the e-mail address by the 14th of each month or the business day before the holiday.
If the residential agreement is signed after the 14th, the invoice will be compiled within four working days.
Invoices consist of rent for the current month and utility services for the previous month. Utility services will be divided as follows:
water and sewerage services will be divided based on the number of people living in the residence hall;
electricity, heating and hot water will be divided based on the size of the rented space (m²).
The cost of utility services will be different every month depending on the use of the service in the residence hall. The utility costs of each room will be divided The rent will be divided between the effective residential agreements of the room. If there is only one effective residential agreement in the room, its tenant will pay the total utility costs of the whole room
The rent includes all utility bills (heating, water and sewerage, electricity) and the use of the laundromat.
