Võlgnevus / Debt

• Üüriarve hilisemal tasumisel on üliõpilaskülal õigus küsida viivist 0,02% päevas.

• Üüriarveid näeb E-kyla keskkonnas “Üürniku arved” menüü alt.

• Enda arvete maksekohustust on võimalik näha, kui vajutad E-kylas menüül “Lepingud”, seejärel vajuta lepingu Id peale ja lepingul “Maksekohustus” real on võimalik näha sinu hetkelist maksekohustust.

• Kui võlgnetava üüri või muude maksete summa ületab 2 kuu eest maksmisele kuuluva üüri või muude maksete summa on Üliõpilaskülal õigus üürileping erakorraliselt ülesütlemistähtaegu järgimata lõpetada.
