Narva mnt 25, Narva mnt 27, Raatuse 22, Narva mnt 89, Purde 27, Pepleri 14, Tiigi 14, Nooruse 7 – võtmete ja läbipääsukaartide väljastamine ja tagastamine üliõpilaselamus Raatuse 22 ööpäevaringselt.
Võtmete või läbipääsukaardi kaotamisel saab Raatuse 22 valvelauast laenutada varuvõti. NB! Varuvõtme laenutus 3 EUR/ ööpäev.
Väike 6, Jakobsoni 41 – Läbipääsukaartide/ võtmete väljastamine toimub halduri vastuvõtuaegadel. Kui olete läbipääsukaardi/ võtme kaotanud, helistage turvafirmale G4S, tel 1911.
Turvafirma G4S väljakutse on tasuline. Turvafirma väljastab teile varuvõtmed. Väljakutsetasule lisandub võtmete laenutamise tasu kuni võtmete tagastamiseni.

Narva mnt 25, Narva mnt 27, Raatuse 22, Narva mnt 89, Purde 27, Pepleri 14, Tiigi 14, Nooruse 7 - keys and access cards are issued at/must be returned to the client service center at Raatuse 22 which is open 24/7.
If you lose your keys or access card, you can borrow a backup from the reception at Raatuse 22. NB! Backup key/access card rental costs 3 EUR / per day.
Väike 6, Jakobsoni 41 - keys and access cards are issued by the hall manager during working hours. If you have lost your key/access card call the security company G4S, the number is 1911.
The security company will issue backup keys but it’s a paid service. The backup key rental fee will be calculated until the key/access card is returned and the security company service fee will be added to that.
