Deposit money is the security money for the residential agreement.
Deposit money must be paid before the residential agreement can be signed.
After you accept the offer, you will recieve deposit invoice. When paying deposit invoice, use reference number, that is marked on the invoice.
Deposit money will stay onto the residential agreement until it is terminated.
The deposit will be transferred to the tenant’s bank account during twenty (20) business days after the end date of the residential agreement. The Student Village has the right to deduct default interest, rent and ancillary costs, the value of damaged or lost furniture or other property and, where appropriate, cleaning costs.
